It’s similar to Cantlers, http://www.cantlers.com/, only with the cold-weather advantage of an outdoor dining pavilion that becomes glass-enclosed. In the book I’m writing now, one of the marginally savory characters will own a similar place, probably also own the marina, and have an office above it.
